I am a very dedicated, Honest, active and responsive host who wants to maintain a service promise to all our guests and ensure that they have a great experience with us. We swiftly sort out any issue if they arise which is very rare. I love My Great City and I can advise guests of best places and points of interest that our city offers.We are a team which consists of a manager, Deputy manager, House keeping, security and maintenance. We have clear knowledge of our different guests which includes Tourist, Cricket fans, Contractors, Students and corporate. So whatever you travelling for we are fully experienced and knowledgeable about your requirements. But if there is anything you want to request please feel free to ask us where we will try our best to cater for you.

Our Victorian property has been recently developed and refurbished for specifically for the serviced apartments purposes where we have given great thought to every little detail so that we can deliver a very comfortable stay with great value to our guests. When you arrive, you will see a new apartment waiting for you which has all the facilities and compliments that a short or long term guest requires. We have parking facilities onsite and free street parking too and we fall just meters out of the City Center Congestion charge zone.So nothing to worry about. So all you need to do now is just to book and turn up.

We have the No.50 bus stop right outside our premises which will operates every 4 minutes 24 hours which connects you in 5 mins to the Bullring shopping center,Hippodrome Theaters, Bars, clubs, New street station, Birmingham Coach station and many more places of interest.Taxi normally charges 4 pounds.Also there is a theatre school right opposite us The same bus in the opposite direction will take you in 8-10 minutes to Moseley Village 1 mile (approx) also winner best place to live in UK 2015 (Birmingham mail ) where you will see elegant bars and coffee shops and its famous Bohemian Lifestyle. Opposite our premises is the Merry Maid Bar and Grill restaurant (on trip advisor) and its Nepalese Chef offers the best Indian food experience and the prices are reasonable too with a 100 seater restaurant at rear and bar to its front.It also has a pool table and a juke box which plays classic and recent tracks. There is also a Currys, PC world, Carphone warehouse a Denelms Home store just about 40 Meters from our premises. There is Akalya supermarket (8am to 10pm )at walking distance aswell as Joseph Chamberlain College. There is a LIDL store at 10 mins walk & Zaffs pizza delivery
