All guests will be provided with the key code 2 days before your arrival** Tucked behind a fruit orchard, Holly Lodge B&B largely dates back to the early 18th Century, with parts of the buildings dating back to the 13th Century. Guests are accommodated in the comfortable manor house (Holly, Ivy & Mistletoe) and the converted stable block (Country, Claret & Colonial Cottages). It is said that the stables were once regularly used as a stopover for pilgrims making their way to the shrines at Little Walsingham. Original features have been uncovered and retained such as flagstone floors, beams, and an inglenook fireplace. These are complemented by cosy and rustic interiors intended to make a stay at Holly Lodge an extra special treat. Down at the bottom of the garden is our gorgeous Shepherd's Hut. A touch of luxury overlooking our stunning countryside. We try to keep Holly Lodge relaxed and unstuffy, combining its inherent style with all the facilities and thoughtful touches, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Guests are welcome to use the garden conservatory and charming, adjacent sitting room during their stay with us. An honesty bar and free wireless internet connection are available.

Sparsely populated and largely unspoiled, its characteristic brick-and-flint villages are surrounded by miles of working farmland. Most of the coastline from the Wash to beyond Cromer is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, its unique saltmarsh habitat providing a haven for wildlife as well as spectacular walks, sailing, and scenery. The area has long been popular with holidaymakers and is well served by good restaurants and pubs and offers endless opportunities for visitors, from quiet relaxation to traditional seaside fun. Being a little inland, Holly Lodge has the advantage of being away from the hustle and bustle of the fashionable hotspots on the coast during the Summer while being no real distance from them... you can easily pop up to the coast (five miles away) or stay inland to enjoy some of the uncrowded tranquillity that really characterizes the area.
