Nestled in the New Forest, our lovely little cottage is the perfect destination to relax and unwind. We have recently completed a full renovation of the property, including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping 2 to 4 guests, the cottage blends rustic charm with modern comfort. In the evenings, unwind in the garden, breathe in the fresh forest air, and soak up the calm surroundings — or venture out to explore neighbouring villages and the beautiful south coast. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a walking holiday, or a peaceful escape into nature, our Hyde cottage offers the perfect base. We look forward to welcoming you. *** Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting living space complete with a log burner — perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring the forest. The front door opens into the porch room, which provides a washing machine and drying rack, should you wish to wash any clothing during your stay. We also provide an iron, ironing board and high chair. The brand new kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with mini-freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen provides all the essentials including plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. We also have children’s plates, cups and cutlery. The living area features a log-burner, sofa bed (which can sleep 2 people), a dining room table with four chairs, and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. The bathroom has a walk in shower and also a separate bath, with bubble bath available for your stay. The bedroom provides a King-size bed, wardrobe and drawer unit (with a hair-dryer). Step outside into the back garden and you will find a seating area and a secure, fenced in garden to ensure safety of pets. Please note, the front garden is not fenced on one side - please keep dogs on a lead in the front garden as we have roaming donkeys and horses outside the front gates.
