Humber Lofts Self Service Apartments offers 20 unstaffed, self service apartments. Assistance is available via a 24 hour contact number should you require urgent support. Limited free parking is available in our private basement car park on a first come, first served basis. Parking is restricted to vehicles under 1.8 metres in height. Spaces are very limited and tight, and larger vehicles such as SUVs are not recommended. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted. Parking details must be registered during the online pre check in process. Parking cannot be reserved, is not guaranteed, and does not form part of any booking. Heating is set to a programmed schedule for guest comfort. Interference with the heating system constitutes a breach of our terms of stay. Pets must be arranged prior to booking. Full details of our pet policy and any applicable charges can be found on our website. Sofa beds are provided at no additional charge when extra guests are booked and paid for above the standard occupancy. Where sofa beds are used within standard occupancy, an additional charge applies. Cots are not provided. Twin beds may be requested in selected apartments for an additional charge. Check in is completed fully online and must be completed prior to arrival. This includes uploading valid identification, paying the required security deposit for each apartment booked, and registering any requests such as parking. An individual online check in is required for each apartment booked. For example, a booking of two apartments will require two separate online check ins. The full name of all guest(s) occupying the apartment must be provided at the time the booking is made and will be verified during the online check in process when valid photographic identification is submitted. Access to the apartment is provided via your mobile phone using a secure link sent by email through the 4Suites system, which is our standard access method.
