Located 2 minutes’ walk from the shores of Brodick Bay, Hunters Guest House offers free Wi-Fi. An en suite or private external bathroom are provided with each room at Hunters, as well as a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A full Scottish breakfast is served each morning, and a continental breakfast is also available. Many shops and cafés can be found in the local area, and Brodick Castle is just a 5-minute drive away. The castle is surrounded by a country park with trails, woodlands, waterfalls, gorges, wildlife ponds, a nature room and wildlife garden.

Company info

Although Mitch does not live at the guesthouse, he relies on guests to inform him timeously when they expect to arrive so that he can be there to meet and welcome them. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Property info

Hunters is a very old house built in 1897. It may seem dated to many, but this adds to its charm. Although the amenities are all up to speck, should you are wanting a more modern feel, then Hunters may not be for you. Hunters is across the road from the sea and the front TWO rooms have amazing views. Sadly not all the rooms face the sea so the remaining 5 rooms do not have any significant views. Arran is an island for the outdoor person and the rooms provide you with a warm comfy bed to rest in and a decent bathroom to refresh or clean up. Although we do not cater for children at all, dogs are most welcome at a small additional cost.
