Just 10 minutes’ drive from Canterbury Cathedral, Iffin Farmhouse is a 5-minute drive from Canterbury East Railway Station. Dover International Ferry Port can be reached in 30 minutes’ drive.

Here at Iffin Farmhouse there is a little team of us who all work round the clock to provide a service to our travellers which we think you cannot beat. Our little team includes Sarah 1- the big boss! Sarah 2- your go to girl, Sarah 3 and Chris- our office ladies who we just couldnt do without. David- the maintenance man (and the other half of Sarah1) and Judy- our housekeeper who without, your rooms wouldnt sparkle and our day just wouldnt be the same. We also have our little menagerie of fury four legged creatures who are always the first to greet you when you arrive at Iffin Farmhouse.

Visit Iffin Farmhouse and enjoy hearing the birdsong, breathing cleaner air and surrendering to the relaxation of "Green Space" Iffin Farmhouse is the best of both worlds, we are close to the city centre yet far enough away that when you turn into the drive you would never know you were still in the city. We have our little community here and we are pleased to be able to share it with people who also appreciate being surrounded by nature, wish to explore more of the local culture and are interested in protecting the environment. Post recent global events, we have suspended the option of meals and are operating on a self-catering or room only basis, to safe-guard our staff and guests. However, we do offer a selection of local produce for your enjoyment in our self-catering apartments. We are privileged to live in a beautiful place and we hope you will too.

Neighborhood info

Whether you are interested in Culture, History, Famous Authors or a cup of Tea and Cake Canterbury is a must. Stay at Iffin Farmhouse and you have ample free parking, quiet surroundings and then 5 minutes to the Park and Ride (or 40 minute walk) for a day spent in Canterbury. 20 minutes in a south westerly direction and you are in Dover, 10 minutes and at the Channel Tunnel. Dont forget to visit Howletts Wildlife Animal Park or see the Big Cats at Port Lympne. Alternatively explore on foot into the kent countryside taking in our local watering holes , serving local beers,(one of which has connections with none other than 007)

Please note that Iffin Farmhouse is open all year. However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from:

Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made.
