The kitchen was great, as was the shared living room, shared bathroom and the bedroom. The kitchen was especially well kitted out with locked cupboards and your own little fridge freezer. There is great WiFi and TV there.

Quaint and well looked after accommodation. The proprieter provided good information for accessing the property and to the rooms, cupboards etc which were all locked. I was only there for 14 Hours, so not able to enjoy much of what was provided. ...

Company info

Having travelled around the UK for work a lot myself I have a good idea of the difference it makes when you can finish work and head off to somewhere calm and comfortable for the night. When I decided to set up ipswichdigs this was a top priority in my mind and remains so in the way that we manage our bookings, support our guests and continuously work to keep our properties in the best condition we can achieve. ipswichdigs was launched in January 2022 and am proud to say that we recently won the Bookingcom 2023 Traveller Review Awards. Our efforts are very much appreciated by our guests and thankfully many of them have been very vocal and keen to share their experiences. • • THE LEGAL STUFF • • All bookings are subject to the ipswichdigs Booking & Accommodation T&C's (B&A T&C's). • • The ipswichdigs B&A T&C's defines the legal framework, "The Contract", between ipswichdigs and their guests. • • Before booking guests should ensure that they are happy with the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's • • Guest wishing to view the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's can request a copy by clicking the "Ask a Question" button on this page. • • Making a booking will be deemed as acceptance of the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's. • • Please be aware that as defined in the ipswichdigs B&A T&C's the following can be charged to a guest at our discretion: - Exceptional Additional Cleaning (if required) & Damages (above normal wear and tear). • • The ipswichdigs B&A T&C's takes precedence over/overrides any stated or implied terms or conditions derived from the contract between Bookingcom and guests using their booking platform.

Neighborhood info

• • We are located just a six-minute direct drive from junction 56 of the A14 • • Just over ten minutes to Ipswich Train/Bus station if walking via Austin Street and Bell Close. The Central Bus station is the same. • • Originally known locally as the Railway Men's Cottages these houses would be better described as Victorian terraces. These were built for the railway workers who worked on the old London line trains/station in nearby Station Street. • • Our part of Stoke only has two roads in and one road out (except for busses) this means that it is a very low traffic area despite it's super central location. • • The is a good selection of local shops and take aways literally two/three minutes from our door. These include a Co Op Supermarket (with Free ATM) just 2 minutes from our door, and a Chinese, a Indian and a Fish and Chips takeaway, in just three minutes. The Indian is actually also a restaurant. • • There is also a pharmacy just over a five minute walk from our door. • • Stoke Bridge is a six minute walk from our door, even less if guests cut through Austin Street and Bell Close. • • Our property is just to the south of Stoke Bridge. • • On the north side of Stoke Bridge and immediately on the left is Cardinal Park, on the right The Waterfront and directly ahead is St Peter’s Street and The Town Centre. • • At Cardinal Park you will find a Cineworld, Starbucks, The Gym, Nandos, ASK, McDonalds, KFC, Harvester, Dough & Co & Subway. About eight minutes on foot. • • In addition to the opportunity to have a nice relaxing walk around the marina there is a whole host of food and drinks on offer at The Waterfront. About eight minutes on foot. • • St Peter’s Street is everyone’s favourite street in Ipswich, full of a surprisingly enjoyable range independent cafes and shops. About eight minutes on foot. • • Beyond St Peter’s Street is The Town Centre. Here you will find all the usual retails outlets normally found in a town centre. Just over ten minutes on foot.
