Hi I am Janette & run IVANHOE GUEST HOUSE on a room only basis - no Breakfast although I do provide a snack tray in your room which is complimentary. Please note that this is now a SELF CHECK IN PROPERTY as we have extended our check in times from 16.00 to 20.30, There is tea & Coffee. All rooms are En suite & clean & comfortable. I am a sociable person & love to meet new people from around the globe. Informal, hospitable & a good spirit! Quiet residential area close to the city centre being a nice 10/ 15 minute walk along the river into the city. Parking is street parking so you shouldn't have any problems there. We look forward to welcoming you too the Ivanhoe Guest House.
