Newly renovated 2 bedroom flat with private parking for 2 cars, driveway and flat are accessed via Northfield Avenue. Smart televisions in every room, including a flat screen television in bathroom. with the choice of bath or walk in shower. Only a one minute walk to Northfield Bowling Club with views of bowling green from Kitchen window, (0.5) miles to Ayr United Football ground and (0.9) miles to Ayr Racecourse. Bus stop across the road and train station (0.4) miles.
