Just 7 miles away, explore the nearby pretty market town of Sturminster Newton, in the heart of the Blackmore Vale, with its picturesque water mill on the River Stour. Also close by is Shaftesbury, an interesting and historic town of Saxon origin, with attractions including Gold Hill, Abbey Museum and Gardens, and is just 7 miles away.
