Located on Breach Hill Common in the heart of the Chew Valley, surrounded by both Chew Valley and Blagdon Lake, with the Mendip Hills just a stone through away. Treat yourself to a relaxing rural retreat, enjoy the wonderful walks and countryside on your door step.

Breach Hill Common is situated on the hill looking over both Chew Valley and Blagdon Lakes. There are plenty of activities to enjoy with spectacular countryside walks, fishing on the lakes or enjoying a tipple or two in the beautiful local pubs. Day to day amenities are only a very short drive away at the local villages, including the village shops, bakery's, butchers, farm shops, post office, hair dressers. We may be biased but we have a fantastic selection of public houses in the surrounding villages; Pony and Trap (Michelin star), Lazy Lobster (seafood tapas), Seymour Arms, Ring O Bells... and that is to only name a few. As mentioned before we are of a very rural setting so a car would be strongly advised if you are wanting to get about. Although trains and buses are available from both Bristol Temple Meads, Keynsham and Backwell. Bristol International Airport is a 15 minute car journey away. Taxi's do come to us although they would usually be book in advanced. Countryside walks are free and right on your door step.
