Sleeps: Up to 6 guests Bedrooms: 2 (1 double, 1 twin) + double sofa bed. Bedding supplied. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Air fryer & instant boiling tap (Caution: hot water can cause burns. Please take care when using.) Spacious lounge with large TV (Netflix & Prime included), Xbox 360 with a small selection of games
Dining area and free Wi-Fi , Central Heating throughout for year-round comfort

Seal Bay Resort in Selsey offers the perfect mix of beachside fun and family-friendly entertainment across its three areas. At West Sands, you’ll find direct beach access, indoor pools, a funfair, arcades, bars, restaurants, and the Oasis Leisure Centre with slides and a lazy river. White Horse features an outdoor pool, soft play, bowling, climbing walls, and a large entertainment complex. For a more peaceful stay, Green Lawns offers quiet green spaces, a duck pond, and family pub. With free transport between areas, a packed schedule of activities, and great food and drink options, there’s something for everyone at Seal Bay!
West wittering beach is a short car journey or even a local bus ride away. Chichester is 25mins drive and Goodwood not much further.
