Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details by providing an ID and taking a selfie. There is a small processing fee for the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable accidental damage waiver. As a policy, we do not normally accept guests under 21 years old. If you are under 21 and still wish to stay, a refundable deposit of Five hundred British Pounds will be required, and the damage waiver option will not be available.
