Keeper's Cottage is the former gamekeeper's cottage for Montacute House and is set in the rolling countryside of South Somerset, close to the historic village of Montacute. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are walks with direct access to Ham Hill Country Park. The cottage (dating from the 1880s) has three double bedrooms (including a flexible twin/kingsize option) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large dining room with stunning views. Guests can relax in the cozy lounge with an open fireplace, or a garden room with its own TV and sofa bed, perfect for kids. Outside space comprises a mature garden, a field (perfect for picnics) and wooded area as well as plenty of space for parking. The cottage is only 4 miles away from the busy town of Yeovil, with lots of shops and amenities. Within easy striking distance, you can explore the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum or travel over the border to Dorset and visit the coast at Lyme Regis or West Bay.
