Kestrel Barn is a beautifully converted retreat tucked away on a peaceful farmstead in the village of Leonard Stanley, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Surrounded by rolling countryside, it’s a place to unwind and enjoy the quiet beauty of rural life. Inside, the barn is light-filled and welcoming, with an open-plan living space featuring a sleek kitchen, cosy red sofas, and a large dining table perfect for slow, sociable meals. Two elegant bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms provide a restful escape, all thoughtfully finished with soft tones and natural textures. Outside, a private courtyard with a bubbling hot tub, BBQ, and space to dine alfresco invites you to soak up the fresh country air. Refined yet relaxed, Kestrel Barn is a soulful spot for a truly restorative stay. This property has a check-in time of 16:00 and a check-out time of 10:00. 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted for 40 GBP per dog. The hot tub will have daily maintenance before 8am to ensure the chemicals and water level are at their optimum levels for safety and comfort. Guests may use the hot tub between 8am and 10pm. Please ensure all guests read and adhere to our Hot Tub Rules and Guidance. There is an extra fee of 75 GBP for use of the hot tub. Bedroom two is set up as one super king-sized bed and one single bed. The super king-sized bed can be configured as a twin on request.
