KILEX Serviced Accommodation Ltd was formed in December 2020. We provide high standard self-catered fully equipped short-term accommodation for business travellers, contractors, leisure guests, holiday makers and relocating families alike. KILEX House went live on 26 March 2024.

KILEX House is a beautiful, pet friendly (no garden) 3 double bedroom house with sofa-bed nestled in the beautiful semi-rural village of Bedlinog, which is located in the Taff Bargoed Valley, Merthyr Tydfil CF46 6RP. There is a PS4 with various games to play and books to read. If you have bikes, fishing gear, large items or any other equipment and would like to keep them in a secure dry location, we have a dedicated storage area underneath the bathroom which can be accessed at the rear of the property via a coded simplex lock. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive an email with arrival instructions and will be given a 4-digit code to access KILEX House for the lockbox to access the front door key. On arrival you will receive a Welcome Pack, which will include Nescafe sachets, coffee, tea bags, sugar, hot chocolate, coffee maker with pods, the finest Welsh Shortbread biscuits and a bottle of something for the adults. For the children, there will be chocolate biscuits, Haribos, colouring books and pencils. Please spend a little time acquainting yourself with the House rules and information, which is in the Guest Handbook located on the coffee table. Above all, enjoy your stay!!! KILEX House is very close to local amenities including two Premier shops, the Bedlinog Inn and Bedlinog Rugby club, which provides regular live entertainment and curry night on Wednesdays. A bust stop is just across the road which goes directly into Merthyr Town. Relaxing or on an adventure? This could be the perfect place for you as KILEX House offers stunning mountain views and easy access to country walks. It offers a charming and cost-effective accommodation. Take advantage of the stunning scenery, relaxing environment and good road and cycling networks. Within a 20 minutes (9 miles) is Bike Park Wales, 35-minutes (17 miles) is the Brecon Beacons, Zip World Tower 40 minutes (17 miles) and Cardiff 45 minutes. A mecca for mountain bikers and ideal for walkers, cyclists and tourists, with excellent road links to Caerphilly, Cardiff, Swansea, Mumbles, Gower, Mid-Wales, Brecon and The Wye Valley. Easy access to other major Welsh cities within 40 minutes. About a mile away, there is Rock UK Summit that provides various activities such as indoor climbing, kayaking, archery, high ropes aerial adventure, abseiling etc. There are also lots of historic castles to visit like Castell Coch, Cyfartha Castle, Caerphilly Castle, Cardiff Castle. If you're into hiking, then the Brecon Beacons is perfect for you to climb the famous Pen y Fan.
