The Kincraig is a stylish apartment ideally located if you wish to explore the town centre or enjoy walks along the beach which is only 100 yards away. Alternatively relax on the balcony which provides stunning panoramic views across Ayr. In addition guests are provided with complimentary private parking, secure entry and WiFi.

Situated within a modern apartment block 100 yards from the beach this is the perfect base to visit Ayrshire ,Situated in the seaside town of Ayr, right on the bank of the river with panoramic views. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the town centre with great shopping & restaurants. Ayrshire is rich in heritage from Robert Burns to Culzean Castle & Dumfries House. With white sandy beaches & idylic walking/cycling routes it has lots to offer everyone. Ayrshire is the home of Golf & the Open courses are unbeatable, but don't miss the municipal courses, they are top class & a fraction of the cost.
