Kurnell cottage, is a lovely 2 bedroom house located at the top of the quaint fishing village of Staithes. Downstairs there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room, complete with a wood burning stove. There is also a downstairs WC, down the corridor by the back door. Upstairs there is the main newly fitted bathroom. Bedroom one has a king size bed, there is space in this room for a travel cot. Bedroom two has a single over double bunk bed. Outside there is parking for one car, a small garage for storing bikes, surfboards etc. there is also an outdoor seating area. We do have an extra charge for dogs, this is payable before your stay.

We love coming to the coast to go walking and exploring along the coastal paths or over the moors. We also enjoy a realaxing beach day.

Staithes is a lovely harbour village in the North Yorkshire Coast with various pubs, cafes and shops. There is also a great bus service running between Whitby and Middlesbrough, with various stops along the way, including, Runswick bay, Sandsend, Saltburn and Redcar, this generally runs every half an hour departing from the A174 at the end of Staithes lane, please see the timetable in the guest information book.
