We are a small family run business since 2003

We are on the main road entering the town centre of the seaside town of Oban on the west coast of Scotland . The seafront and town centre is two minutes away from our house, the guest house is a very small family run we do have any staff and do everything ourselves. There is only public parking available as we are on a main road and the house is a Victorian town house so all rooms are up stairs there is three floors in to at all. lol our rooms are ensuite and are small in size therefore we cannot accommodate any more than two persons per rooms, no extra beds or cots can be allocated we also do not have family or triple rooms and the guest house is too small to accommodate families . We do not accept pets and all bedding is hypo allergic. We provide a continental buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate is served between 8-9 am early breakfasts can be provided but no earlier than 7.15 am. We cannot accept check in after 9.30 pm . The house is quirky in style with lots of art interest.

We are two minutes from the town centre and three minutes from the sea. All bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are a short walk away. The ferry, train and bus station is five to ten minute walk away.
