Its previous use was a Victorian sweet shop-hardware store. Part of the original old stone harbour wall still remains in the garden. The home is beautifully presented with a quirky bohemian style. The Brading Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is located opposite the house. There is also a convenience store adjacent to the house. There are three pubs on the high street, just a 2-minute walk away: The Bugle Inn, Crown and Bear, and The Wheatsheaf Inn. For a more special experience, you can visit the Yarbridge Inn, located a 10-minute walk away. If you are driving, the Culver Heaven Inn on top of Culver Down, with a view of White Cliff Bay, is an 8-minute drive away. This private house has its own characters and uniqueness.
