With stunning and exclusive panoramic views of Lake Windermere, this beautiful country house is set right on the lake’s shore. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea on the stone terrace overlooking Windermere. The elegant and individually furnished bedrooms at Langdale Chase Hotel all include garden views and a private bathroom, while most also enjoy fantastic lake views. Rooms also feature a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. The AA Rosette-winning restaurant at Langdale Chase serves a table d’hote dinner menu among panoramic lake views. Lunches are available on the lovely garden terraces and balconies. With its very own jetty, Langdale Chase can provide sailing days and lessons on the lake. Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountain, is a 1.5-hour drive from the hotel. Windermere town and rail station are a 5-minute drive away.
