One of two recently converted apartments located in the most enviable of seafront locations in Lyme Regis.
Superbly presented to a very high standard, Largigi apartment 1 is a spacious one bedroom first floor apartment enjoying some wonderful sea views from the living and dining area. The open plan lounge is flooded with light from the full height doors which open onto the covered balcony which provides an exceptional outside space to relax and enjoy the sea views. The well equipped kitchen and spacious family shower room are also finished to the same high standard, with underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Like the living areas, the bedroom enjoys the same great views with doors allowing you to step out onto the balcony. For those with children, the lounge has a day bed with optional pull out truckle bed allowing families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with the beaches just a stone’s throw away.
Lyme Regis boasts an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs all within walking distance of the property. A welcome drink awaits you in the cafe below the apartments.
Largigi is a family run business and we have been operating in Lyme regis the the past 20 years.
From traditional family holidays, romantic weekend breaks as well as stunning scenery and glorious coastal and countryside walking Lyme Regis has it all. Lose yourself in a maze of narrow winding streets, independent shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a Museum are just waiting to be explored. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, Lyme's golden, south-facing beaches, clean safe water and landscaped seafront gardens make it the ideal base for your holiday.
