We are the definition of a small family business, run by myself Fran, my husband Tony and daughter Catherine. We've been living here at Larkhill since 1992! Larkhill has become a multi-generational home and holds a huge parts of our hearts. Aside from being here and looking after our animals, we love traveling and have spent a large portion of our traveling time in India.

With over 20 years of welcoming guests, we believe that Larkhill Tipis and Yurts offers a truly unique glamping experience. Our family run glamping site, powered entirely off grid, also prides itself as providing an eco-friendly and sustainable holiday with a focus on guests enjoying the natural surroundings, the different eco systems within the grounds and the wildlife within it. As soon as you turn off the road you will be met with breathtaking panoramic views over the Welsh countryside. Our Tipis and Yurts are set on the edge of an enchanting four acre woodland, each having its own secluded spot. Quirky stepping stones and fairy lights lead the way through the trees providing a magical family adventure or a romantic escape for couples. We are set in a wonderful location - within easy reach by car of Cardigan Bay and Carmarthen Bay. The list of sandy beaches is long, as well as there being plenty of other glorious scenery, activities and days out for the kids.

Neighborhood info

There is so much to see and do in the area. West Wales is an extremely beautiful area and we have it all, mountains and sandy beaches. The area is also steeped in history with many castles.

Guests should bring a towel for the shower, their own food and a torch. This property uses alternative energy (wind and solar) and therefore tries to keep power to a minimum. All accommodations has LED lighting and there is also outdoor lighting.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can hire bedding at the property for an additional charge of £20 (per accommodations for the duration of your stay). Please bring your own towels for the shower.
