Lavender Cottage is a lovely terraced property in the village of Glanton in Northumberland. The property has two large double bedrooms, sleeping four guests, as well as a ground-floor bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking available, along with a small, enclosed patio garden with furniture. Lavender Cottage is an excellent base from which to explore Alnwick and the Northumberland coast.

The small village of Glanton is situated in the foothills of the Cheviots, surrounded by glorious Northumberland countryside. The village has a small shop and a pub, whilst a wider range of amenities can be found in nearby Alnwick. From Glanton, you can easily explore Alnwick and its imposing castle, used as the setting for Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter movie franchise, as well as the magnificent Northumberland National Park and spectacular coastline.
