Wells Beach is one of the most beautiful in the UK, known for its wide expanse of golden sand and iconic rows of colorful beach huts. The beach is ideal for sunbathing, walking, or exploring the sand dunes. It’s also perfect for families, with shallow waters at low tide. You can walk along the beach to Holkham Beach, another stunning location, featured in the closing scene of Shakespeare in Love. This part of the Norfolk coast is also great for birdwatching, especially in the surrounding salt marshes. Wells Quay is the heart of the town, bustling with fishing boats and offering views of the salt marshes.
