Superior family-friendly seaside property, which welcomes dogs, sleeping 6 (plus baby cot) in 3 bedrooms with a secure front grass garden, a private grass/paved rear garden and private parking which has a newly installed EV charger available on a pay-as-you-go basis. This modern and spacious property has super fast WiFi, a wood burner, and every comfort has been considered. Only 600 metres to the year-round dog friendly beach and private parking to the rear. Outdoor charcoal BBQ and patio seating; overall, a perfect family holiday home close to the Norfolk Broads.
Orla & Paul have put a lot of thought and imagination into the property, resulting in a cosy and comfortable sea-side holiday cottage. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped plus the decor has a contemporary seaside theme even in the 3 bedrooms and large family bathroom. Dogs are welcome, and families are very well provided for.
Winterton on Sea is a perfect English seaside village, with miles of unspoilt beaches, on the east Norfolk coast, quite close to Great Yarmouth. It boasts a wonderful pub, tea rooms, fish & chip shop, grocery store, and post office. The village welcomes dogs year round, and it is a great starting point or base to explore the Norfolk Broads. From November to January, 1000's of seal pups are born on the beach, making it a wonderful natural sight.
