In the heart of the waterside village near to the quayside with glimpses of the beautuful estuary from the bedroom. The cottage has one large bedroom with a double and a single bed, a small shower room with toilet, a kitchen downstairs and a living room with dining table. The property is a traditional terraced cottage with a yard at the rear with a restored outside toilet as well as one upstairs.
We live 10 miles away in the main town of Barnstaple.
A beautiful sheltered waterside village with many boats and a few ships, a ferry service across the estuary not far from large beaches popular with surfers. There are several cafès, traditional pubs and craft shops.
