This property is also our holiday home ,we’re we get away for a few days during the year ,so has been furnished to the highest standard , we’ve tried to bring what we desire in a holiday home to lees lookout.We love to get out into the countryside walking ,There are country walks right from the doorstep, lots of pubs ,restaurants ,bars and shops ,in fact every amenity is catered for . There is a friendly village feeling to this bustling thriving town .

This is a luxury 2 storey apartment with private parking ,completely modernised, right in the centre of holt. with the open plan living area on the top floor, south facing getting sunshine all afternoon and evening giving magnificent sunsets through a 4 metre wide window ,there are uninterrupted views over the roof tops of holt and into the surrounding countryside. There is a terrace outside with tables and chairs by the entrance door. Down stairs are the two bedrooms both having king size beds ,and wardrobe storage .the bathroom has a large walk in shower ,complete with quartz topped units large sink and tiled floor ,heated towel rail. Holt is a charming town with a village feel ,all pubs,restaurants and shops are right on the doorstop. Gresham school is within walking distance . Byfords hotel cafe and restaurant is right around the corner, as is the King’s head public house ,the feathers ,the lawns, the snug all great local places to eat .
