New Barn is a newly refurbished, light & airy vaulted barn conversion, with double bedroom and scope for an additional guest to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. - Parking for 2 vehicles - Private fenced-off lawn - Two tiered patio with sun deck enjoying spectacular views - Spacious, brand new eat-in kitchen dining room with oil burning stove - Lounge area with log burning stove - Double bedroom - Newly refurbished bathroom with electric shower over bath and heated towel rail Dogs are welcome to join you at Westford Farm, however we do ask that you notify us of this when booking, and that you provide us with details of the number of animals, breed, age etc. During your stay our requirements for dog owners are as follows: - An additional charge of 20GBP per dog is payable on arrival - Dogs must be kept with the confines of the garden/patio area of New Barn at all times. Please always close the gate securely behind you - All dog waste to be collected and removed - Dogs must not be left unattended inside the property at any time - No muddy dogs (or boots!) inside the property under any circumstances - No dogs on the bed, sofa or furniture - Dogs must be kept on leads when walking through our farm

Westford Farm is a peaceful oasis in an elevated position overlooking the Tone Valley, just a few minutes drive from Wellington (a market town with many useful amenities), and ten minutes drive from J26 of the M5. The beaches of north and south Devon, Dorset and Somerset are within easy reach 30-60 minutes drive away. Walkers would be in their element with multiple gentle walking routes from the doorstep, as well as the more challenging paths of Exmoor, the Blackdown Hills and the Quantocks a short drive away. Exeter is 35 minutes down the M5 and Bristol just an hour in the other direction. The best way to get to us is by car, our proximity to the M5 is extraordinary given how quiet and peaceful it feels once you're here. The closest stations are Taunton or Tiverton (both on the mainline to London), and nearby airports are Exeter and Bristol.
