Linden House is situated on the road from Chichester to West Wittering Beach and is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by beautiful views of fields and countryside with just over 1 1/2 miles to one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK. Great lengths have gone into making sure that all three of our luxury suites have everything included to make your stay enjoyable, memorable and happy. Hot tub available on a first come first served basis at a nominal charge per room per day for your exclusive use payable at the property but this gets very popular so booking advisable. T&Cs apply. All suites have own entrance with private shower/bathroom and the self contained annexe known as the West Wing has a small kitchen. All have their own patios to enjoy the fabulous views and have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. In all of our bathroom suites we have our own branded toiletries and diffusers exclusively made for us. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, magnifying mirror, cotton wool pads, tissues, bottled water in all of the bedrooms. We have a water filter so all of our water is beautifully soft. Please note that all rooms are thoroughly deep cleaned before and after occupancy.
Married in 1981, both of us have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years. Lulu spent many years travelling while working for British Airways so we both a have a strong feel for what our guests appreciate when they are away from home. In creating Linden House, we have incorporated all of our favourite touches. We love meeting new people and are pretty easy going. We think we offer a different kind of B&B which we started over three years ago and each suite has its own separate entrance and own patio so guests come and go as they please. Not everyone wants to strike up conversation with owners so we felt it was really important to give our guests space, but we are available if needed! This is the most beautiful part of the country with the best beaches, stunning walks and breathtaking scenery on our doorstep. We strive to make improvements all the time and are very keen to add a little bit of luxury to make your stay with us a memorable and happy one.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Salterns Way and fields and amazing walks. Buses near to our house that are every 15 minutes that go to Chichester which is approx 5 miles away and East and West Wittering. Great pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Lots of other places to go such as Chichester Marine, Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays, Goodwood, South Downs. We would suggest coming by car to Linden House as there are no actual pavements on our road but grass verges.
