The Linhay is situated at Pattard. A barn conversion with full central heating & woodburner. There is access to a meadow opposite to exercise your dog or relax or play outdoor games.
My grandparents moved to Pattard in 1926, purchasing in 1932 from The Carter estate. Following Dad's death in 1996 I converted the old farm buildings into holiday cottages. The Linhay was converted in 2005.
Pattard is situated about 0.5 miles from Hartland, it is a 10 minute walk, mainly uphill and unlit so a torch needed at night. Hartland has 2 shops, a Post Office and 4 pubs, including British Legion. The pubs serve food. There is also a Fish & Chip shop. There are local artists and a pottery. The coast is 2 miles to the north of Pattard. There are walks from the door. Further afield, Bude, Westward Ho!, Milky Way, Big Sheep and Rosemoor Gardens
