As a family we have been visiting Aviemore for years, enjoying many happy times and creating wonderful memories. We were delighted to purchase Linmore in Feb 2019.. The property is ideal for families, it is clean and cosy with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is free parking onsite and of course free WIFI, The well equiped kitchen has cooker, hob and microwave. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron in the utility cupboard. The three comfortable bedrooms eqipped with smart TV's allow everyone to have their own space when they need it, and the cosy lounge area with patio doors to the enclosed rear gardens provides space for everyone to get together for games, tv, dvd player. TV's have Netflix & iplayers. The dining area seats 8 and is open plan to the kitchen, making cooking a sociable part of your holiday. We allow pets by arrangement. Our own dogs love Linmore and we have a comfortable dog bed, dog bowls and enclosed rear garden making it a perfect place for four legged friends. There is a gas bbq and external eating area as well as a heated shed equpped with xbox, sofa bed and comfy beanbags, an ideal chill out space for older children/teens.

We love Aviemore because it has something for everyone year round. We are Alison & John and visit regularly with our three children and 2 dogs. We most enjoy cycling and hillwalking and have spend many many happy times in and around Aviemore with our children and dogs. We enjoy strolling or cycling into Aviemore to eat out is some of the local restaurants, Mambos is a favourite with the children as the atmosphere is relaxed and they love the pool table! We also love The Old Bridge Inn, Balavoulin and Macduis. We purchased Linmore earlier in 2019 and hope this existing holiday let can provide many families with a comfortable base for their highland holiday.

There really is something for everyone in Aviemore. There are many walking and cycling routes within a few minutes walk of Linmore. The Spey Valley Golf Course is just a few minutes walk away. The master bedroon looks onto a wooded area, a lovely walk for the dogs where you can regularly spot a family of deer, especially early in the morning. Fishing, quad bking, zip treking, hiking, kayaking, clay pigeon shooting, swimming, ski-ing, snow boarding, tennis, bowling, go-carting, shopping.......all avalable within easy reach and enough to keep the whole family active during your stay.
