Please send over your email and contact number for check in info. Please note, we hold a ONE HUNDRED security deposit on a payment card for the duration of your stay, released on departure.
We add a ONE POUND refundable deposit to our booking system to enable you to add a card. This will be refunded after departure.

We're on site from around 10am each day, and at check in times. If you would prefer or contactless check in or you are arriving after 6pm, please let us know.
We don't live onsite (but we're only 10mins away). We are available via text or phone, between 9am and 10pm - please only contact us out with these times if it's urgent or an emergency.

Relax in our wood-fired hot tub for the ultimate outdoor sensory experience.
Our Swedish hot tubs come standard filled with cold water, log box stocked and 'How to Tub' Guide provided.
They each have an integrated stove and can take 2-3 hours to come up to optimal bathing temperature.

We offer a 'Pre-light' service for twenty five pounds. To add this on, please call or email us.
