Little Briar is the top floor of a beautiful Edwardian House. Accessed via an exterior stair case. The flat has a secret hideaway and sun trap - ‘the roof terrace’. From here you can see all along the Jurassic Coast as well as watch the sailing in Lyme Regis. Only ten minutes walk from the beach but yet extremely peaceful. The kitchen and bathroom are both fitted to a high standard. The breakfast table looks out of the coast and the kitchen looks towards the woods to the North.
I love spending time with my children, gardening, sea swimming and paddle boarding.
