A peaceful, private 1 bedroom (with en suite) 1 living room/kitchen annex in Lymington - ideal for a relaxing New Forest stay. Guests consistently comment on how clean, comfortable and quiet the space is, making it a great place to unwind and get a good night’s sleep after a day out exploring, or at work. The annex has its own private entrance and free secure (gated) on-site parking, so you can come and go easily. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable living area with a smart TV (Netflix, Prime, iPlayer). The bedroom is simple and cosy, designed with comfort and practicality in mind. There's an en suite bathroom with shower. We aim to provide everything needed for an easy, stress-free stay, and we’re always happy to help if you need. The space is best suited to couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet, comfortable base.

We live next door and really enjoy hosting guests visiting the New Forest and Lymington area. Our aim is to make your stay as straightforward and relaxing as possible - giving you privacy, while being nearby if you need anything. We’re always happy to share recommendations for places to visit, from local walks and beaches to pubs, restaurants and day trips. We take pride in keeping the annex clean, well prepared and ready for your arrival, and we want guests to feel comfortable and at ease throughout their stay.

The annex is located in a quiet residential area of Lymington, perfectly placed for exploring both the New Forest and the coast. Lymington itself is a charming harbour town with independent shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as a popular Saturday market. The marina and waterfront are great for a relaxed walk, and the ferry to the Isle of Wight is just a short drive away. Within 10–20 minutes you can reach beautiful sandy beaches, forest walks with free-roaming ponies and donkeys, and a wide range of traditional pubs and scenic villages. Guests often use the annex as a base to explore places like Milford-on-Sea, Beaulieu, and the wider New Forest National Park. It’s a great location if you want a mix of coast, countryside and good food - all within easy reach.
