Little Burbank is situated in Ings on the edge of Windermere near the A591, a quality ground floor self-catering apartment and comprises of lounge with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, Sky TV, Including Sky sports, BT Sports, and Netflix Kitchen area Fully equipped, with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, and microwave. Bedroom with double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, En suite walk-in wet room and toilet, all bedding and towels provided. The award-winning Watermill Inn is just four minutes' walk away and serves food from 12pm to 9pm. Ings is a small friendly village 7 miles from Kendal on the A591 and only a two-mile drive to Windermere.
I am Mel and my wife is Sue we have lived at the property for nineteen years and enjoy the wonderful countryside, I am a football fan and have a season ticket to watch Liverpool football club. I also enjoy gardening, Sue loves reading, crosswords and sudoku are both retired and in our early seventies. We keep hens and they all have names, also three Indian runner ducks, and not forgetting Peanut and Pip our two goats kept in the field behind the property, Guests are welcome to pet the goats and feed the Hens, of course with Sues approval as to the food you give them. I should also not forget our Mazy, a Lakeland Terrier Eight years old, and Tyke our Border Terrier Two Years, we love our pets.
Ings is a lovely friendly village with the old village atmosphere we have a Church and village hall, with lots of activity for the locals, also of course a wonderful friendly Pub with great food
