Little Net House is a charming, traditional ground-floor apartment set just a few steps from Pittenweem's picturesque harbour. All on one level, it's a wonderfully easy place to settle in, with calm coastal styling, a cosy log-burning stove and fantastic sea views from the rear living area and private patio garden. It's ideal for a couple or two friends looking to unwind by the water, with WiFi provided and one small dog welcome by prior arrangement (supplement applies). A car is not necessary for this property. Offering 40 m² of single-level accommodation, the reception hall walks through to the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, all facing out towards the Forth. In the sitting area, a two-seater sofa, matching chair, coffee table and wood-burning stove create a snug spot for relaxing after a day exploring the East Neuk, with a TV and DVD player on hand for cosy evenings in. A handy cupboard off the hall houses a washer/dryer and tabletop freezer. French doors from the living area open onto a raised deck and private patio, where you can sit with a morning coffee or an evening drink and enjoy those wide-open sea views. With a garden bench and table/bench set provided, it's a lovely little outdoor nook for soaking up the coastal atmosphere right in the heart of Pittenweem.
