Our 40+ homes are spread all across the New Forest, in picture postcard villages like Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley…where the pace is slow and the ponies roam free… To the wilder north of the Forest, near Fordingbridge, down to the glorious coastal walks at Milford and Keyhaven, on to bustling Lymington with all its Georgian charm.

Little Nye is the annex to Nye Creek and the two can be combined for the ultimate celebration stay... Come here for vitamin sea - there's a wonderful mix of coastal cool & countryside charm! Enjoy a secluded end-of-track location; within wandering distance of everything... 2 mins to Keyhaven & 10 minutes to the beach & buzzy village!

Neighborhood info

We've put in the Insiders Guide to Milford here, but the house is on the back lane to Keyhaven - so here's a heads-up for you on this pretty village. We love Keyhaven for it's great pub, no shops, wonderful crabbing, autumn beach foraging for samphire, and of course the coastal path - which is amazing for blowing the cobwebs away all year around.
