Located within a 2-minute walk from the resort facilities, e.g. a swimming pool and a spa, it sleeps up to 6 across three roomy bedrooms. The contemporary lounge features a recliner corner leather sofa, a stylish coffee table, and a Smart TV with PlayStation and Netflix access. The upstairs bedrooms are also fitted with Smart TVs and a PlayStation.

Finlake Holiday Resort, owned by the Haulfryn Group, is set on 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. It is situated within a central location, with direct access to Devon and Cornwall, coupled with the abundance of local attractions for visitors, making it a perfect all-year-round holiday destination. Entry to the Dartmoor National Park is only a few miles down the road, while the nearest beaches can be reached in less than 25 minutes. Paignton Zoo is 15 miles away, while charming Exeter is only 10 miles down the road. The lovely seaside town of Torquay is within the proximity of the resort.
