Charming 2-bedroom house with allocated parking and garden. In a very nice quiet area. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with TV and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine. A bathroom with bath-shower and a small decking area in a private garden area. Close to Addington Court Golf Club (1 mile) with a tramlink to East Croydon Train Station and 19,1 miles from Gatwick Airport.
