The room was simple but very clean and had everything I needed for one night. Only a minute from the train station. The people at reception were extremely helpful, thank you to Akash for helping me store my luggage for a few hours.

Central heating is really strong, the room is nice and warm, no damp issue at all. Reliable Wi-Fi connections. Clean bedding and towels. They have everything you will need: iron, hairdryer, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, all in perfect working order. High quality toilet paper, even kitchen rolls supplied. Love the size of the bin they supplied! There is a shared washing machine in the hallway that is super handy for longer stay. You can leave luggages with the assistant for extra hours after checking out, amazing service!

The dining area for breakfast was very well kept, organized, and the staff was friendly. Manoj in particular was extremely kind, non-stop helpful, and very professional! He made our breakfast very enjoyable and easy :)

Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. Room was also suitable for working in at the desk area. Window was open-able to let fresh air in. Tea facilities, as expected. Appreciated the hot apple punch at the reception upon arrival.

Atmosphere was excellent and the neighborhood was serene. Cole to the High street.

The hotel was exceptional, brilliant. The location was great for where we needed to get to for the evening. Parking was £10 for the day which was great value. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed, including a taxi for the evening. Breakfast was great and I would recommend it. Room was very tidy and clean with the bed being very comfortable.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and temperature was constant. We had a fridge which was good plus milk and fruit juice. The teas were very nice. The location was good for local restaurants and pubs, shops and the Churchill theatre. Buses close by and Bromley North railway station was close. We would definitely return.

The room was gorgeous and the building is super unique and charming. There’s a sweet little library downstairs that lends to the charm of this beautiful building. The room was stocked with an abundance of tea and coffee. Very comfortable and thoughtful. The neighborhood is perfect and has plenty of cute shops and a local yoga studio with outstanding views and public transportation steps away.

Great location, friendly staff, great food, warm, clean, comfortable room

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent—it was hard to choose because everything on the menu sounded (and tasted) delicious. Dinner at the pub was perfect! I also have to mention the staff: they were all welcoming and always made my stay great.

Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all. Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.

Everything was perfect - the bed especially - so comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Croydon.

Calm and clean and cooperative staff

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
