The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 with furniture and fittings of the highest standard. It is set on the first floor within an elegant Georgian building; the high ceilings and large windows, give a light and airy aspect to the rooms.
This is ideal accommodation for those on business or a city break and for exploring the wider area.

The flat is located in a quiet, residential street within easy reach of local shops, the university and hospitals. The city centre is just a 10 minute walk away and offers such attractions as the Cathedral, Princesshay shopping centre and Quayside.
Exeter’s central Devon location offers extensive opportunities for day trips. These include the South and North Devon coasts, Cornwall, Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, Bath and Bristol.
Exeter city has an international airport about 5 miles from the city centre. There is easy access to the city by car from the M5.
There are 2 main railway stations : Exeter St. Davids and Exeter Central.
