A complimentary day boat is included in your booking during non-school holiday dates. The dayboat will not be supplied during the Whitsun (end of May) and main Summer School Holidays. Customers can hire a dayboat during these dates, direct from the owners at a 10% discount. At Christmas and New Year, the availability of the dayboat is subject to weather conditions. A mooring for the boat is provided near the property. Please note the neighbouring owner's boatyard can be busy in peak season. There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property. There are large gaps between banister spindles. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. There is open water in the property grounds. If you are booking an all mon-family party you will be asked for a GBP 200 security deposit on arrival. If booking CHN & CHM together this will be increased to GBP 400.
