Welcome aboard Marigold Cottage! A homely, pooch friendly cottage dating back to the 1800's converted from original barns and stables. Completely refurbished in 2021 with all modern requirements catered for. Marigold cottage will comfortably sleep 4 guests in 2 double beds. All bedding and linen is supplied along with towels so there's no need to worry about overloading your car too much! At request we can also fit a travel cot to our large front of the cottage bedroom (However, you will need to bring along your own bedding for the travel cot) We are hidden in a french styled courtyard in the outskirts of the rural village of West Down. Private parking on a large gravel carpark is included in the price. Enjoy leisurely walks with your furry friends in our designated dog walking areas, ensuring everyone in the family feels at home. Fancy a game of tennis? We have you covered. The grounds include a communal tennis court! (pst.. there is also an old school games room with a pool table, table tennis and darts!) North Devon's hotspots including Woolacombe beach, the seaside town of Ilfracombe and Exmoor are just a 10 minute drive away. We truly are the perfect base for your exploring needs.

Hey! I'm Dave and we offer our cottage for you to explore the hidden delights of Exmoor and North Devon; with the key involvement of my wife, Becci, and our sons. With running our own charter boat and crew members of the RNLI, we are passionate about our local area, wildlife and environment and are always on hand to offer secret family favourites!
