Attached to the main bungalow has own entrance, self contained 1 bedroom annexe with courtyard garden None Smoking property. 5 min walk to beach & shops & 8 mls to the city of Chichester. The Annexe is a warm and welcoming place to stay. bedroom with tv /dvd player ,bedside drawers, hair dryer, tub chair , seperate kitchen, includes , fridge, kettle, toaster, tea,coffee & sugar, microwave, table&chairs , luxury bathroom with shower in the bath ,towels .parking outside the property.

im a very happy go lucky person and will go out my way to help people im all ways here to help

there is a bus stop at the top of my road 3 min walk , also taxi firm in the village ,
