Having lived and worked in Coniston all my life both Paul and myself on hand to offer advise and information on the local area Away from work we enjoy walking our dog Alfie on the local fells and visiting the local cinema in Ambleside as well as trying the may lovely places to eat in the area,whether your looking for a peaceful relaxing break or here to take part in something more strenuous feel sure Fairfield Apartments is the place to start your adventure

After 12 months of building work We are excited to be able to offer you luxury accommodation at the newly refurbished Fairfield Apartments,they have been tastefully resorted keeping as many of the original features as possible, but with modern contemporary feel.From the moment you step into your apartment and kick off your shoes you will feel immediately at home and ready to start you holiday ,they are situated in the centre of the village and all local amenities are within walking distance

Coniston has lots of things to offer, predominately a walking area with many wonderful walks from your apartment, Coniston Old Man, Tarn Hows, the shores of Coniston Water to Torver, Walna Scar and many many more .Also a good base to discover the lakes by car There are 4 pubs within 200yrds and a fabulous restaurant "Steam"(booking reccomended).
