Meare Manor is situated in the quiet village of Meare. The nearest town is Glastonbury with the magnificent Glastonbury Abbey and Glastonbury Tor to explore. The historic cathedral city of Wells is a 10 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The surrounding area is famous for it wetlands and nature trails which are managed by Natural England and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. From November to March the Starlings perform their wonderful displays at dusk - an amazing sight.
