Merlin Cottages is a historic Welsh farmstead dating back to the 1850s. The buildings have been sympathetically restored combining modern facilities with original features such as inglenook fireplaces and oak beams that were probably grown in the 18th century.

I am a former University researcher with interests in economics, foreign affairs and food security.

The cottages are next to a working livestock farm with great views towards the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is a peaceful location for family and business visitors, yet is just five miles from the ancient town of Llandovery with a large Coop supermarket, restaurants, pubs, cafes and takeaways.
