Hi. I have OCD so I assure you everything will be immaculately clean. I am passionate - really passionate about service and respect. We all work hard for our money and our down time is well deserved. So I believe we should all get great service when we go away. Furthermore I expect a degree of respect in return I offer the same. If it’s right I make a point of telling the person. If it’s wrong - I don’t make a song and dance about it. Mistakes happen. It’s how they are dealt with that matters. I also love gadgets - which is reflected in all our places. I am very happily married to Helen. We have two dogs - Bella and Rufus that are our fur kids. I am at the bottom of the food chain in our house. If you need me, please just message.

A private secure rear courtyard, with lights, a seating area & a BBQ. A large downstairs living area with a modern kitchen & a loo. Central heating, fast wi-fi, echo dots a Bose sound system and a smart TV with Netflix & Amazon. Free parking outside the front door & close to 3 train stations. Stunning setting.

Located in a lovely leafy area, directly next to a park. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Horsforth, Guiseley, Cookridge, Apperley Bridge are all minutes away. Leeds and Bradford are 15 mins away
