Min y Don is a colourful Bolthole, which sits above the sandy estuary of the Afon (river) Ffraw. It looks out onto the huge expanse of sand dunes and long sandy beach beyond which makes the coastal village of Aberffraw so popular.

Aberffraw is a great location for exploring the south and west coasts of Anglesey. The Anglesey coastal path is nearby and you will discover beach after beach of beautiful golden sand and rock pools, all with a backdrop of the Snowdonia mountains and the peaks of the Llyn Peninsula stretching away into the distance. Y Goron (The Crown) is a good place to eat out or enjoy a leisurely pint (check opening hours) and Hootons Homegrownfarm shop, Plas Newydd House and Gardens and The Oyster Catcher are a short drive away. Within 20 minutes you can be in Menai Bridge, home to a range of cafes, restaurants and pubs and a well-stocked Waitrose supermarket.
